Karesansui kit

Chojugiga

Silently place stones in your mind and draw patterns in the sand.

Chojugiga, a picture scroll handed down at Kyoto's Kozanji Temple, is a small dry landscape of monkeys, rabbits, and frogs that appear in fairy tale-like stories.

You can play by creating a river flow or a village forest with sand.
The figurine is made of tin and made by a craftsman.

Recreate famous scenes from Chojugiga or enjoy your own story.
You can also draw sand patterns (patterns) as much as you like.

The tray is made of paulownia wood and finished with a jet black urethane coating.
It is durable and has a luxurious feel.
